Four years were spent studying Isaiah, 1-1/2 years studying Hebrews, and we are now studying Proverbs. Elder Vaughn Engle is leading on the second Saturday of each month from 7:30-9:00 am. All men are welcome to attend. Please call the church office to confirm the dates.

ECC MEN'S RETREAT HELD ON FEBRUARY 19-20, 2010 Higher Ground Retreat Center

The men particularly enjoy the good food and the fellowship that occurs at mealtime.

This year, Dr. Steve Riser, Pastor of New Beginnings EPC Church in Erlanger, KY, was our guest speaker. The topic was How to Live the Gospel-Centered Life. After each teaching session the men broke down into small groups for further discussion.

We are fortunate to have skilled worship leaders, John Gould, guitar, Isaac Gould, drum, and Bob Cload, keyboard, who also gave a short worship message. The sound of men singing in a room with great acoustics is wonderful. It makes for meaningful worship.

The Retreat is ended each year with communion led by Pastor Rich Lanning.

The next retreat will be held in February 2011. All Men, High School through Silver Heirs, are always invited to attend.
