	Rich Lanning, Evangelical Community Church's Pastor. Rich graduated from Miami University and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Christy, have six children.
	Isaac Gould, Evangelical Community Church's Director of Youth and Family Services. Isaac graduated from Moody Bible Institute and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Christy, have two sons.
	Vaughn Engle, is an elder at Evangelical Community Church. He is a retired high school matematics teacher. Vaughn and his wife, Sandy, have been members of ECC since its inception. They have three grown daughers.
	Paul Gould, Executive Team member of Faculty Commons with Campus Crusade for Christ. Paul has a PhD in Philosophy from Purdue University and a Masters of Religion and Ethics from Talbot School of Theology. He and his wife Ethel have four children.
	Andy Koesters recently graduated from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity. He and his wife Jodi, have five children, and are awaiting God's call to a church in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church denomination.
	Rick Schatz is one of the founding Elders of ECC. He and his wife, Sharon have three sons and nine grandchildren. Rick is the CEO of pureHope.
	John S. and his wife Laura lived 26 years in the Middle East. They recently moved to England as a base for equipping and coaching co-workers in many countries. They are both graduates of the University of Cincinnati and have three grown children.
