Vaughn Engle, is one of Evangelical Community Church's Elders. Vaughn is a high school mathematics teacher. He and his wife, Sandy, have been members of ECC since its inception. They have three grown daughters.

Isaac Gould, Evangelical Community Church's Director of Youth and Family Services. Isaac graduated from Moody Bible Institute and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Christy, have one son.

Dave Matre, an Evangelical Community Church lay member, enjoys studying the Bible and teaching adult Sunday School, which he had also done at White Oak Presbyterian. He and his wife, Nancy, have two children.

Dr. Ron Rand, Guest Preacher. Founder and Director of UpBuilding Ministries since 1989. Dr. Rand was ordained into the Presbyterian Church (USA) and later was Associate and Co-Pastor at College Hill Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati. He is the author or Won By One and For Fathers Who Aren't in Heaven. He is married and has three adult sons.

Dr. Steve Riser, pastor of New Beginnings EPC in Northern Kentucky. Dr. Riser graduated from Indiana University, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and Columbia Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Alyce, have three grown children.

Pastor DeLayno Robinson, Senior Pastor of Great Commission Bible Church. He is a graduate of the Masters Seminary in Sun Valley, California. He and his wife, Pamela, have one son.

Rick Schatz, one of the founding elders of ECC and currently works with Pastor Rich in Adult Education. He and his wife, Sharon, have three sons and six grandchildren. Rick is the President and Chief Executive Officer at the National Coalition for the Protection of Children and Families.

Dr. R.C. Sproul, Jr., is the founder, chairman, and teacher of the Highlands Study Center in Southwest Virginia. He graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary and Grove City College and holds a doctorate of Ministries from Whitefield Thological Seminary. He and his wife, Denise, have seven children.
