The Session is primarily concerned with the spiritual welfare of the congregation;
however, it has the overall responsibility of all aspects of the church.
Session members oversee the direction of the church and work with
the pastor(s) on the spiritual needs of the congregation.
They have two regularly scheduled meetings each month.
The first Monday is for prayer and study and the second Monday is for business.
Session consists of up to ten members -
9 elected Ruling Elders and
1 Pastor (Teaching Elder).
The Clerk of Session is appointed.
ECC's Administrative Team is made up of
two elders (Gordon Doughman, Chairperson; Chip Wagner),
two trustees (Jim Williams; Paul Smith),
an appointed at-large member (Tom Salzbrun),
and the office administrator (Joyce Troescher).
