Introduction.

I. The way we worship matters. Isaiah 6:1; 2 Chronicles 26:16–19, Exodus 20:4–6

II. Worship should be God-centered. Isaiah 6:1–3; Psalm 95:6-7; 1 Kings 12:26–30

III. Worship is in the presence of the glorious, holy-love of God. Isaiah 6:2–4, 7; Hebrews 12:28–29

IV. Worship renews through confession and pardon. Isaiah 6:5–7

V. Worship prepares us to be sent out for service. Isaiah 6:8

  • What does it mean to be ‘God-centered’ in worship?
  • Why is a biblical vision of the holy-love of God so important?
  • How can I be better prepared to enter into corporate worship on the Lord’s Day?
