Tina Miller, ECC's Children's Coordinator, oversees the discipleship of our children and families. This hefty responsibility involves overseeing all ages of children's Sunday School and Joyful Noise, as well as planning special events throughout the year like Parents Night Out and Backyard Kids Clubs.
Years on Staff
Favorite Part of Working at ECC
"Watching children experience the joy of discovering the truths of God's word and the blessings of fellowship." Tina also enjoys working alongside and learning from the creative, godly men and women who teach ECC's children and adults — whether formally or candidly.
The Miller Family
Tina and her husband, David, are parents to six and grandparents to eight kids; nine in December. "We are none of us shy, but all quite opinionated and somewhat competitive, so our gatherings are generally rather noisy." Almost the entire family lives in Cincinnati, so they get together often.
Favorite Books and Authors
Having taught high school literature to homeschoolers for nine years, Tina's list of favorites is hard to condense. To Kill a Mockingbird emerges at the top, followed in no particular order by Pride and Prejudice and Dorothy Sayers' Lord Peter Wimsey mystery series.
She also deeply values works by C.S. Lewis and John Piper "because their style of logical presentation is very appealing to the way my brain works."
